Those margins allow them to offer flexible return policies because a portion of that markup is designed to absorb returns, restocking, and losses.

We have chosen a different path.

Our pricing model is built on fairness, transparency, and low profit margins. We do not inflate our prices simply to create room for returns. We do not add hidden cushions. We do not charge luxury markups just to later “offer” a refund. Instead, we pass those savings directly to you from the very beginning.

Because of this commitment to affordability and honest pricing, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each piece is either made to order or carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipment. Many of our items are custom-crafted or produced specifically for you, which means once production begins, resources, materials, and craftsmanship have already been dedicated to your order.

Allowing returns would require us to raise our prices significantly to cover potential losses and that would go against the very foundation of our brand.
